Samuel S. Herman

Samuel S. Herman was recently named a top lawyer in the area of real estate law by dBusiness, a prominent metropolitan Detroit business magazine. His real estate practice at Cohen, Lerner & Rabinovtiz, P.C. consists of representing buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords, tenants, brokers and property managers. Mr. Herman is skilled in assisting in a wide range of real estate legal services, including sales, acquisitions (large and small), parcel development, condominium development, commercial leases, and financing.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Herman practices extensively in the area of family law—a term applied to the laws and rules developed regarding family relationships.
