Cohen Lerner is home to several experienced full-time litigators within the firm. Steven Cohen, the Senior Managing Partner, has served as a case evaluator/mediatior in the Michigan Courts in a variety of functions and has tried over 700 cases during his career. Joshua Lerner has 15 years of experience in a wide variety of litigation matters and is well recognized by judges and counsel alike for his expertise and success.

Cohen Lerner has litigated a wide range of matters in state and federal courts as well as through arbitration. The firm also prides itself on its pro bono work and is honored to have represented the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Michigan Chapter for the last 20 years. The firm continues to assist veterans in all aspects of their concerns on a pro bono basis.
